I first went to see Dara around a year ago, when I was suffering from two (very painful) frozen shoulders. I also used to run but I hadn’t been able to for over five years because my right knee had been so unstable. I’d had countless MRI scans and enough physio to sink a ship, but nothing ever seemed to sort it. Then (thank God) I went to see Dara. She not only not only sorted out both shoulders, she also cured my ‘knee’, which had been unstable because of a problem with my lower back. In short, she has changed my life. I’m back running and both shoulders are now pain-free. Dara is an absolute star, as is the rest of her team (and Hudson). I only wish I could give her more than five stars because she is fabulous! I can't recommend Dara and the team at Southside Chiropractic enough! Dara has completely sorted out all my neck and back problems from years of working on my feet, hunched over a console. I feel like a different person compared to when I first walked in. My posture and balance have made serious improvements and I now have the knowledge and ability to maintain them. I've been coming to Southside Chiropractic since the start of the year and I can genuinely say it has been one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. After a very extensive consultation with a wide range of initial tests, I started on my tailored plan that has already vastly improved my physical and general well-being.
