We are a family owned construction company based in Middleton on Sea, West Sussex. We have been building for over 25 years specialising in quality construction projects. We have a very loyal client base who appreciate that ‘little extra’ that we can offer. Our work is of a high standard with attention to detail paid using only the best professional tradesmen.

On larger projects we can assist from the earliest design phase, right through to completion of the project, dealing with building inspectors, architects and structural engineers.

We also take great pride in completing smaller works whether it’s a kitchen refit, painting & decorating or simply fitting some shelves for you, no job is to large or to small for Southern Oak and each project is undertaken with the same professionalism and we always promise to communicate in a clear, effective, and straightforward manner, and take the stress away from you, our client, after all you are the passport to our future success.

We pride ourselves on outstanding quality and we recognise that undertaking any building project can be a daunting prospect to the client, so with Southern Oak’s professional experience, technical expertise, knowledge of the industry and enthusiasm we are there to ensure the project runs smoothly, and to reassure you, making it a pleasant and exciting experience.

We will always ensure our estimates are set out clearly and are totally honest and transparent, we do not present inaccurate figures to gain any contract, what our estimate details is the amount payable unless the client changes their mind or an unexpected cost arises and this will always be discussed prior to any work completed.

We hold full Public and employer’s insurance and will always issue our client with a contract for major works.
We work and adhere to all health & safety regulations.
