Lance responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and visited to look at the roof within a few days. He gave me a very detailed view of what the problem was and how he would tackle it. Once I had accepted the quote, his communication was excellent and he answered any queries promptly. He and his colleague Ryan worked solidly whilst they were here and were happy for me to ask questions and invited me on several occasions to look at how the work was going, explaining in detail what they were doing.
