Excellent service - motherboard, CPU and OS replaced same day, tested and optimised. Also extremely communicative and helpful with a job that most would have written off as too much hassle. David Matthews the computer engineer arrived at my property on time and was polite from the word go. He set about the work straight away and didn't try to drag the time out so as to get more money. He explained things in a easy to understand manner and when the work was completed after 30 minutes he only charged me £25 instead of the full £50 for the hour. I will give them 5 stars.
