Toni was very helpful, and replied to all my questions, I have to wait to near the event to get Dj information so I just have to wait and see how things turn out. My evening is in her hands

Our musician cancelled two weeks before our event. Panic set in but we were able to book a DJ for the night through this service - who was excellent. He played all the genre of music as requested, with some requests thrown in ensuring a very enjoyable night for everyone. More...

Dj was running a little late as he had had an accident but to his credit he carried on through like a trooper , music selection was great and had everyone dancing all night , a fabulous evening had by all

Fireworks Party.
Our original DJ cancelled at the last minute, so I called Sounds and Smiles and luckily they had a DJ free.
Seeing as though it was very short notice, I thought the price would be extortionate, but Toni offered me a very fair price. The DJ had everyone on the dancefloor and took requests for songs all evening. Altogether a really fun night, with really good music.

DJ was late turning up so most people where already there, very limited song choice too and rushed to get out at the end

Hi Sadie, at Sounds and Smiles we aim to provide a 5* service to our customers, so I am sorry to hear that you didn't feel you received that standard of service. After investigating your comments, the DJ explained that he was at the football ground on time (5.45), but struggled to find a way in. He explained that because he didn't get set up until 7.20 and he should have been set up by 7.15, that he didn't finish his set until 11.40, when it should have been an 11.30 finish. The DJ carries 1000's of songs, so again, I apologise if he didn't have a particular song of your choice. Had it not been a last minute booking, we most certainly would have had time to request your top 10 songs to ensure we had this song. We continue to strive to improve our standard of service and really appreciate your feedback.
