For a reasonably new company I was sceptical that Soteria would and could deliver what they promised. I met with Toby prior to using the company and immediately felt and saw the professionalism that I have not always got in the past from other companies. Honest and realistic was my first impression. This is one of the few companies I have dealt with recently who I have thought to be honest and acting with integrity. I discussed my issue with Toby and made some suggestions how to move forward. He quickly gave me advice and guidance which probably saved me from putting myself in trouble legally. His told me that his company work at all times in line with his teams government training and RIPA legislation meaning that all of the work they do is carried out by professionals to evidential court standards. Bodyguard Services
I contacted Toby as I needed a bodyguard for a day. Our family had never used a bodyguard service befor and had no idea what to expect.
We were concerned about the safety of our disabled brother, who was receiving threatening, violent messages but needed to attend a family funeral. Although the police were doing all they could, they could not offer him personal protection. Hence our family contacted Bark, and we received a prompt response from Toby of Soteria07; he was very professional, respectful and kind about our situation. We were offered a car with the driver and Toby to pick up my brother from his home, drive to three separate venues and back home, a total of 12 hours. A driver( standing by throughout ) and Toby to stay with my brother throughout.
Toby asked many questions about our situation and was willing to visit all the venues before the funeral date. It was such a relief to feel my brother would be in safe hands.
Our whole family were amazed at how reasonable the price was.
Sadly the police are not always able to arrest those making violent treats or have a police officer guard those in danger . We, the public, are now increasing needing to make our own arrangements.
Fortunately, our situation was resolved and the man arrested prior to the funeral.
Hopefully we will never require this service again, but if we did, Toby would be the first person we'd call.

What do you love most about your job?
Deploying for a variety of clients to fill in the missing pieces that will either confirm or dispel their suspicions. Deploying only elite specialists we know we can provide a platinum service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Company founded after a decorated career in specialist roles in the police. I felt that the standard of covert surveillance and investigation in the commercial sector would benefit from former government trained specialists bringing their experience to clients.
