What do you love most about your job?
I especially love helping people find their ideal career and purpose in life based on their experiences, gifts, talents and strengths. Since most of our life is spent working, I love helping people find meaningful work that suits them, aligns with their values and causes them to want to get out of bed on a Monday morning!
I also love helping people uncover false negative beliefs that are holding them back from personal and professional flourishing and thriving. I love equipping people to change their own lives for the better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was unfulfilled working in a corporate setting from 9-5 for someone else. I love being my own boss and I love having the freedom and autonomy to work with the people that share similar values and perspectives. I took my own advice after being unhappy for more than 13 years working for someone else and braved the move. I have never looked back. Even if you aren't meant to be an entrepreneur, I am an expert, through personal experience, in helping people decide when to quit a job that no longer works for them.

I am passionate about coaching. I love listening and learning from other people. I love helping people flourish. I am energetic, committed and keep my promises. My core values are integrity and creativity. If you are a blocked creative, I'm your woman. Also, because I have undergone so many transitions of my own, I am especially equipped to help people through difficult life transitions. Finally, my coaching has a spiritual side to it. If you're frustrated with organised religion, I am your person to help you discover your own meaning, purpose and vision for your life. I stick to my commitments and am a woman of my word. I also love to have fun and think play and humour is an important aspect of coaching. I will help you see the funny side of your life and circumstances and help you to learn to compassionately laugh at yourself.
