What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish would be our BBQ Pulled pork. Slow cooked for hours on end and spiced to perfection.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We offer package deals with a selection of menu items which customers can pick and choose from. This way our customers know exactly what they are getting and what price they are getting it at.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people. At sonnets we are all people people. We love getting to know our customers and love putting a smile on peoples faces by delivering tasty food.
We are very much into our food and believe it needs to be done right!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Growing up I started working with my dad in his catering business from the age of 11 years old. After all these years gaining experience in different sectors of the food/catering industry doing what I love I decided to open my own business so that I can put my own ideas into action.

My clients should choose us because we have the experience and knowledge to provide a top quality event for both personal and formal occasions. Our ethos is to ensure everything goes a smoothly as possible so that as the host you can enjoy yourself and know that everything is delivered as promised.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We offer hand sanitiser and have masks available. Our staff take regular lateral flow tests to ensure we are covid free. Hand washing and hygiene is always maintained in our kitchens and on site regardless of covid.
BUFFETS
We offer drop off buffet services with a range of homemade and quality food to fit the season and occasion.
Barbeque
All weather (Ideally Sunny) barbeques. We might not be able to control the weather but we can ensure the best in food. Barbeques are what we are known for. Not matter how formal or informal your event may be our barbeques are tailored to your event. This service has been designed to not require any facilities which means we are very flexible when it comes to your venue.
