Bradley has just finished my annual alarm check and for the first time in my life, I'm making the effort to leave a review because his customer care was second to none. Though I use IT every day, sometimes I still struggle to remember all the complicated instructions necessary and he was kind, patient and clear - at no point registering impatience or displeasure at the extra time it was taking from his next appointment.
