What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the independence, being able to work directly with clients everyday, and ensuring I listen to exactly what they need so that I can provide a solution or provide answers that will help clients to make decisions going forward.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in a senior position for someone else for many years but wanted my enthusiasm and drive to reflect directly on the needs of my clients rather than indirectly in order to have greater impact. There a lot of good companies in this industry and many not so good, looking at what and how services were provided I believed I could do better.
