After using Solihull Paws for a year, after what started a good relationship, the communication all of a sudden became very poor with frequent unreliability.
There was no response to text or phone calls. They were just blatently ignored, even though I asked politely if someone could update me, or let me know why my dog all of a sudden had stopped being collected for his run. Whether it was because he went from weekly to ad hoc I don’t know, but was reassured that this wouldn’t be a problem.
If they are overloaded with dogs then they need to at least have the decency to let people know. It’s very unfair to the dogs and Very unprofessional.

From the moment I first contacted Katie, I felt confident that my boxer dog would be in the very best of hands. And I was not wrong! I cannot thank Katie enough for the love and care she has shown towards Rodney. She treats him like one of her own and it's evident as he's so happy and content every time he comes back from his walks. It's such a relief to know that I can trust Katie with his well-being, and through her regular updates, I am so grateful for the peace of mind that she provides. We've had dog walkers before and it's difficult to find someone that understands boxer dogs, but Katie knows exactly how to handle their crazy, stubborn but loving ways. Every morning I wake up knowing I’m going to enjoy the day ahead because the dogs are all so special.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love animals, especially dogs, and know how much love and care they need. We have a big bouncy dog and couldn’t find anyone to care for him in the day as well as I care for him, and wanted to help other people in a similar situation.
Why should our clients choose you?
You won’t find many other people who can give your dog the love and attention that they need. We offer a bespoke service tailored to each individual dog.
Puppy visits
When you have a new puppy they need a little bit of extra attention in the day. We can pop in and visit your puppy to help them adapt to their new home
Dog walking
We offer dog walks tailored to your individual dogs needs, whether you require a 30 minute walk or a 90 minute walk.
Pet Sitting
We offer a pet sitting service in your own home. If you are going away but don't want to leave your dog in kennels then we can look after your dog for you and keep them in their own environment and their own routine.
