I needed someone to inspect our Solar Panels for possible storm damage, i contacted Solidarity Solar and two lads turned up when they said they would, inspected the panels tided up some cables and assured me that they were ok. I needed an EV charge point for my new electric van at home. Ben was so swift in getting it all sorted for me.
It took just 7 days from my initial phone call to having a working charge point installed to building regulations.
Ben and his brother were so friendly and accommodating, I could not ask for more. They always kept me in the loop about where wires were to go etc.
Can’t recommend these guys enough. Swift, professional and great price.
In contrast I initially contacted British Gas to ask for the install 2 months ago. Had a survey, but no communication since.
So glad I went with Ben at Solidarity Solar. Thank you :)

What inspired you to start your own business?
We think there are three things any solar company should prioritise: customers, staff, and the environment. Having subcontacted for a lot of solar companies we often found that at least one of those would be left at the wayside. We're aiming to achieve all three.
Why should our clients choose you?
We quote for and design your system, but we're also the people who'll come to install it, we know the practical ins and outs of solar installation like no salesman around.
We pride ourselves on having the best aftercare service available, if there is ever a problem we will be there as soon as possible.
Also we will come and visit for an inspection after 1 year and after 5 years, complety free of charge.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We're operating as normal, but carrying face masks whenever we're working so we can put one on when working indoors. We will happily take extra precautions if you or a family member are particularly vulnerable.

Phone advice is always free, callout charges are £100 this includes travel within Cornwall and Devon and one hour with an installation and maintenance engineer.
The fault will be diagnosed and repaired then and there if possible. If not we'll quote ASAP and you'll be generating power in no time.

If you have an older solar system installed and would like to add a battery then get in touch. Prices start at £4500 this is for an inverter upgrade and a 5kWh of storage.
