I'm one of those people who absolutely hates fitness, and since joining SolePT I can honestly say I am thoroughly enjoying it! It's such a nice feeling to feel so welcome somewhere I'd usually avoid, and to see results just after three weeks makes me feel over the moon!! If anybody is considering joining a fitness class this is the place to join! Iv been trying to lose weight for the past 3 years and build up my strength and nothing has changed until I took part in the 6 week boot camp not only have I already had a steady start to my weight loss/ toning journey I have met some lovely people on the way!
Paul and Andy are amazing they keep you motivated and are so friendly I never feel embarrassed about being a sweaty mess and I come home after every session feeling fab ! 1000000% recommend having Pt sessions here �� see you at the next boot camp !

If anyone is in doubt of joining a gym, this is the place to go, the support in classes is fantastic always checking that you are in the right positions and pushing you to work harder. The PT sessions focus on your goals and and push you to go beyond them. They listen to you and work with you. Paul and Andy are always smiling and thinking of the next evil exercise to inflict on us! I've just completed the 6 week boot camp mon/ wed/Fri 6.15-7.00 and I can honestly say it was brilliant Paul and andy are spot on they have helped me lose a stone and 4 inches off my stomach as well as helping with my food plans the classes are tough but the lads help push you that bit extra so that you reach your goal I've sent them some before and after pics so you can see what they have help me do In just 6 weeks. just remember they can only guide you the rest is up to yourself. These guys really are incredible. So friendly and welcoming. They treat each person as an individual and are more then happy to cater for people's needs and requirements. I genuinely feel not enough people attend a place like this, simply for the fear of walking through the door for that first time. Trust me, once you have done it you will not look back. You only work as hard as you can/want to, on each station, nobody pushing you to break records etc. Yes- they'll make you do one more squat when you think you can't, isn't that what it's all about. We definitely have fun 'in class'. The set up is such that it works for people of absolutely every ability, big, small, young and old. I cannot make you contact the guys or walk through that door for the first time bt can tell you, when you do, you won't look back. More...

I can't thank these guys enough! Especially my PT Andy! I tried the gym thing and I don't just have to self motivation to push myself. I would stop way to easily. These guys have helped me push myself beyond my limits and at the same time had such a laugh. I've even started running which I don't think I would of ever done without Andy pushing me to! (In a good way!)

I'm even gutted when I have to miss a session now and always try and find a reason to book extra!
