What do you love most about your job?
I love talking to people and building relationships. That's why I position myself as an independent advisor. I don't get involved with installers, stock and paperwork. I provide advice, facilitate installs, save people money, generate customers and get a bit of commission to pay my bills. It's a win win win!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I don't want to work hard to generate revenue for someone else and get paid the bare minimum I will accept for the role I do.
Why should our clients choose you?
SolarForce is growing, but right now you will deal with the owner-operator Liam O'Neill. What's better than a personal service!
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
All our services are provided online. The installers will of course need to gain access for surveys and installs, but the SolarForce bit, the consultation and the introduction are all fully online and by phone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
It's not quite the risk it used to be, but all our contractors will wear masks if requested by homeowners.
