I'm a qualified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner based on the South Coast. I coach most of my clients online so you can be based anywhere around the world! I do have a limited number of face to face slots available also.

I take a holistic view to our coaching together. By this, I mean, exploring the whole of you/your life to help you to delve deep into yourself and your coaching. Often people come to coaching to discuss a particular area of their life that they might be struggling with. What often transpires is that what they thought was the problem often isn't and by working holistically, with the whole of you and your life, means we can really get to the root cause of what is happening for you and help support making your whole life better, not just the one area you may be speaking about.

Have you every wondered if you're wasting your life? Many of my clients have. Before we started to work together they worried that life was passing them by and some days they didn't even feel that they knew who they actually were. So many people are existing rather than living. I am deeply passionate about supporting people to realise they have the choice to truly live their life, and I love supporting my clients to do this.

For many of my clients, they have decided to have coaching with me as a way to personally develop and improve themselves, their mindset and ultimately their lives. Alongside this, many are either going through or pre-empting a transition of some sort such as starting or ending a relationship, considering or leaving a job due to a lack of passion and purpose, hitting a particular age bracket and feeling as though life is not what they expected/wanted at this point. Thinking about where our lives are and what we want for them can be tough. This can in turn effect our self-esteem and confidence. By working together, we can take the time to explore what it is you might want from your life, how you can work towards this and be kept accountable. I often find when we dig a bit deeper, there are multiple things.

My coaching programme helps individuals and couples move away from uncertainty, worry and stress and move towards that clarity and fulfilment that they crave.

I have particular interest and experience in supporting individuals that have had counselling in the past and are now looking for ways to move forwards. I recently spent almost three years volunteering my emotional support 1:1 with survivors of sexual, emotional and domestic abuse and have a good understanding of the effects of trauma. Being able to have the experience of counselling and use this to help individuals move forwards with their lives is so key to the process of living well.
