S.M.K&Son undertook the work to a high standard during exceptional weather conditions. Originally just a chimney needed taking down but the 65yr old felt was in terrible condition and ridge tiles were nearly all loose. In the end both chimnies down and roof completely relaid, insulated layer, battens fascia and guttering fitted. A big job, the named storms were rolling in one after the other but SMK kept us watertight during the whole process. We can notice our home is warmer and hopefully we will save on our heating bills.
