Very polite and able to do the work immediately! Following the high winds of a storm, we had 2/3 of a largest tree come down blocking the front door - impossible to tackle in a timely manner without chainsaws.
All done the same day with good clean-up and remains of tree tidied up so that it has the best chance of growing back in the spring.
Richards and his colleagues hard work turned a bit of a crisis to a minor and temporary inconvenience. Thank you!

Richard was the only person to reply he came on Monday to give me a quote and came back Wednesday to do the job . My garden had become overgrown and was getting on my nerves.
