From there we really enjoy building on long term relationships and working in genuine partnership with our clients to help them achieve their objectives
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the FM industry for over 20 years, I always felt that the industry as a whole could provide a better service to its clients. Often in my career history, the businesses I works for were primarily profit driven and not quality driven. I set up Smith Technical LTD to challenge the market to better the balance between the two.

We have a dedicated 24hr customer service line. We operate 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and all of the staff are challenged to be visible, responsive and are fully supported in their ideas and initiatives.
