Very hard workers and high quality work we are extremely happy with the finish.
Smileys workers are all very highly skilled. Was able to get hold of Baz at any time day, night or weekend. Project was exactly the price originally quoted. Baz was happy to quote and do additional items at a reasonable cost. Literally had our whole flat refurbished bar one room and it feels like we're living in luxury, thanks Smiley Builders!

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
The hight inside the loft should be more than 2100mm
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
1- floor steel beam
2-install floor joist
3-install ridge beam
4- Remove the existing purling and support the two side of the roof on the top of the two steel.
5- double the joists for velux windows
6- first fix of electric and plumbing
7 - plaster boarding
8-skimming
9- plumbing and electric second fix include smoke alarm to the loft ,first floor hall way and ground floor hall way
10- skirting board and 30 min fire doors
11- painting and decoration
