Life Coacher must have experience! In 2016 our Life Coacher received learned a major event in his life. It was the biggest experience in his life. He had to learn in a huge way.
In late 2016 his life, career, relationship, financials, social hobbies, friends, business contacts, sport and freedom all changed.
Over 43 years, he had never had illness until 2016; he hadn't need to see his Doctor other than for the normal jabs. He thought that he was fine and was indestructible, immortal.
No!
He had a serious Stroke. During those 3 years, he mentored his own Life Coaching ,,,,, free advice! His family was amazing, too! Now he is now 95+% fit, healthy, happy and positive. He now looks after his brain, body and mentality!
Stress was a major criterion for that Stroke. In addition anxiety, long hours of work, dangerous fitness routines, too much alcohol drink, the wrong food, relationship.
In many ways, that Stroke gave him a new strategy, new outlook, new fitness routine. Reality and awareness. He was lucky. He was taken from his clients' business by helicopter. He could have died.
That is why he really enjoys being a Life Coacher to help other people.
A Life Coacher will help a client's professional and personal's life in total confidence. Yes, there is theory and practical. A key is our experience too! Our Life Coacher has massive experience of small and medium-size business and all aspects of the personal issues. His own personal has seen most things ... but he still is learning!
