My ethos in my company has always been to have fun be motivational and determined. I aim to teach and help you learn so that you will be capable of doing it yourself whenever the time comes. I can help with eating schedules and also set programs for whatever goals you want to achieve.

Did a 12 week programme with Sean, really helped boost my confidence in the gym and made me realise how important form is when lifting and also how important nutrition is.
