Rubbish service. I have booked a taxi on New Years Eve est time 6 minutes. We were waiting outside when taxi appeared from around the corner. Driver hasn't stopped, nevermind us waving and running after him. Shortly after he left, he cancelled booking stating he waited too long. Horrrible experience. I booked A1 taxis, it was in 15 min, happy driver, low charge, no fuss. Do not recommend.Smart Cabs. Driver's name was Pauolo. More...

Me and my freind were walking in spalding , (16 years of age) as a smart cab driver came past us and whistled at us, this is very unacceptable for a cab company and can make young girls feel unsafe in a cab. sort it out

Absolutely brilliant. You can download the app and book your cab when you are ready to go! Safe and secure they let you know the colour, make and driver of the vehicle. Really really impressed 10/10

Smart Cabs have had the contract for my son's transport 3 times now. He has complex needs and PDA so understanding and patience are essential. They are absolutely brilliant regarding communication and inclusion. They develop a relationship with the kids and don't make parents feel bad on days where kiddies are having a difficult time. They prewarn of any changes to times/staff/route which is essential and are timely (route allowing!) Absolutely love Smart Cabs and the fact that my son's contract has been renewed with them again this year has given me huge relief after a rather contrasted experience with an alternative company.
