Smart Building are no-nonsense building & damp proof specialists. They fixed the damp patch in the corner of my house caused by a badly installed rain downpipe (installed by another contractor). Not only did they repair and protect the wall they also corrected / improved the downpipe and drain to ensure rainwater is kept away from the house. Pay once and never again!
