What do you love most about your job?
Restoring a garden to its former glory and maintaining it glorious during all seasons
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration is my late mother and her mother before that. As a family, we have worked the soil for centuries, producing very exclusive olive oil, flowers, walnuts, oranges, grapes and as many varieties of vegetables as we can eat and feed the neighbours. Returning to the land was a very beautiful and natural thing to do after years of working in an office
