Been to dine in at Slumdog Dalkeith 2x now and I can honestly say, both times have been incredible. Food is brilliant, hot and tasty! Slumdog is my favourite Indian takeaway in the area. Lots of authentic and veggie options. Recently we've ate in a few times due to their excellent promotions. The food has always been first rate and the restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere. This time I opted for a Punjabi garlic masala, lots of flavours coming through which created a really tasty dish. Just had the most amazing meal. The staff are so lovely and friendly. The food is so fresh and amazing portions, highly recommend the chilli chicken if you like a bit of spice and the honey chilli chips are a must. Can’t wait for our next visit.

ive used slumdog for years at Corstorphine and leith and i wont lie and say its always been perfect because i have had a couple of disasters but ive always been compensated. lately i can honestly say every delivery has been superb and so tasty, always delivered hot and everything super fresh and quality ingredients with a very decent amount of chicken in every dish. money is tight for everyone just now so you want to enjoy what you spend it on and slumdog has been worth every penny, last weekends order using the Diwali discount was probably the nicest indian takeaway we've ever had. i cannot recommend this place highly enough so treat yourself and enjoy. i highly recommend the chicken garlic and chilli curry with garlic and coriander naan, outstanding!
