Every individual has a different goal and motivation. It’s about finding the reason/motivation, agreeing on the goals, building a base line, starting the journey, building autonomy to maintain progress and being a guide by the clients side.

Every person has a different view on a dream body. It might be just losing or gaining weight, being toned, putting on muscle. It takes dedication and commitment, but the goal needs to be achievable.

It has to be seeing people change, physically or mentally and the happiness it brings

I’ve always participated in sports, so keeping fit was a priority to support my hobbies.

I’ve worked with elite athletes, general pop sports enthusiasts and also with individuals to increase mobility and general strength . This gives me a strong understanding and overview of all markets.

I would prefer to work face to face, as online screening can prove difficult with movement and body positioning adjustments

Cleansing equipment in between sessions, distancing, covid screening qualification.
