I have been having all body fitness training on a one to one basis and via Zoom. Sarah, is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I was desperate to get back into a healthy shape but have never had the motivation to exercise. I could not have chosen a better PT to do so. Sarah has been friendly yet professional in all the sessions. She took time in understanding what my current habits and my future goals were, then customised training plans depending on my body type and fitness level. Her sessions have definitely shown results. The encouragement I received not only during the training session but also on my diet plans and general whatsapp conversations has immensely helped in my transformation. Thank you Sarah.

I had Sarah as a Personal Trainer to show me how to correctly carry out high intensity interval training workouts correctly. I got so much more from her than just being shown correct form. She is incredibly motivating, she pushed me so much more than I would ever have thought I could work and I saw my body shape change within a couple of months. Thank you Sarah.

I have loved every second training with Sarah. I have never before trained in my life, it was challenging but I never felt like giving up once and that was because of Sarah. She didnt make me feel under pressure or that I wasnt good enough. Honestly I look at exercising completely differently now, every session I felt like she had listened to our first conversation about what I wanted to achieve and address and she always focused on toning my stomach muscles which was a big thing for me having had 4 children. I have loved it and embrace every ache and pain the day after.
