I have been trained by Sarah for around 2 and a half years now & that is because she is fantastic at what she does - extremely knowledgeable, motivating & flexible & you get great results if you follow her direction. I not only look healthier now, I feel healthier too & training with Sarah has been great for me mentally aswell, I laugh in every session & always come away feeling like I have achieved something. The programming she has created for me to use when training on my own is fun & really easy to follow so would also recommend that service to others who want to train more frequently.
