I have been working with Sergio for a couple of months, and not only have I noticed an improvement in my physical aspect, but my energy level, eating habits and exercise performance has improved as well.
He is always being considerate of my gastrointestinal issues and has accommodated and helped me to overcome them with ease.
Additionally he always has great ideas for creative dinners and is incredibly apt in explaining how the nutrition works and how our body reacts/changes accordingly.
I have had an amazing experience and continue to do so to this day.
He takes into consideration what your goal is, and explored the motivation behind it when creating the personalised diet.
I cannot recommend working with him enough, he is an amazing specialist and absolutely brilliant at his job!

I got in touch with Sergio as I needed nutritional advice and guidance to improve my running performance. I currently practise various types of combat sports, such as BJJ, Boxing and MMA, but I also like to spend some time in the gym. I was also a Chef for 13 years and I worked for top restaurants and hotels in London. My services are online. A part from the online consultations I also provide my clients with 24/7 Messaging support and access to a Mobile App which helps them track:

Shopping list feature.

All my services are provided online, therefore covid-19 is not a problem.

Service Breakdown

The initial consultation is a 90-minute session in which I will take a detailed case history including all your current health concerns, lifestyle and physical activity, as well as an in-depth diet analysis. A new in-depth personalised weight management and performance plan to support your goals will be provided as well as an introduction of good eating habits and structure. All this will be available through the app that you will have access granted.

The follow-up sessions give us a chance to review your progress and implement any further changes. I find that this is the best way to create new habits and achieve the best results. Follow-up consultations are generally every 7 to 14 days, where we will monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments. Further follow-ups may be required depending on each individual situation.

In order to best understand and meet your goals, I strongly encourage you to work with me for a minimum of 2 months (the length of the "New Client Package" is 8 to 10 weeks).

New client Initial consultation - 120£: 90 Minute initial consultation
Pay as you go follow-up (Existing clients) - 70£: 45-minute follow-up

New Client Package - 279£: 1x 90min initial consultation + 3x 45min follow-up appointments
Follow-up Package (Existing clients) - 199£: 4x 45min follow-up appointments

I am currently running a January 20% Discount on the "New Client Package" so its price would be 225£.

*I am aware that for some people this may be a big monetary investment and can be difficult to pay in 1 go, so I am happy to take 2 consecutive instalments of 112.5£ over 2 months, if that would be better suited for you.
