William did an incredible job on my roof and gutters. It was in quite a state and I really didn’t want anyone walking on it or using pressure washers etc! William was excellent in explaining the process and providing reassurance that the roof wouldn’t be damaged by the clean. Excellent communication, really friendly and a pleasure to have at the house! I contacted William as my older mum had been quoted a ridiculous price to clean her gutters. Within an hour William came back with a much much better price and I took the opportunity to get my own gutters cleaned also. The ‘before’ pictures were shameful but I am delighted with the after pictures! William also pointed out a potential problem with the chimney, not for himself to fix, but to make us aware of the problem. Very quick, cheap and friendly.
I made an half enquiry on the internet on Sunday.
Got a call from William on Monday afternoon. He was with me within half an hour the job complete within an hour of his arrival. Great price, compared with quotes my neighbour got.(she was quoted triple the price) We live in a 3 storey semi detached house. This wasn’t an issue for Wm and his crew mate. Before and after photos. Clogged cutters now clear. 5 ⭐️ service. Will be using them again to get the roof cleaned.
