All the stuff in the clinic are very warm and welcoming and they deliver excellent customer service.The automated appointment reminders as well as tips for before and after the treatment work really well too. Had my 5th treatment with Dee today at the Manchester clinic and wow, she is the best!Unfortunately my last few sessions where with other practictioners who only spent a couple of minutes with the laser, and despite mentioning areas which had been missed, they still continued to miss areas and were not too thorough, that was until I met Dee! I had been seeing less hair growth over the sessions with previous practitioners, and did have positive results, but was reluctent to purchase any further sessions due to how quick sessions were and also the quality of the sessions.Dee is very reassuring, thorough and the experience 5th time was completely different and did not feel rushed unlike other sessions.She has years of experience in Laser and this truely shows, in addition to her customer service skills - I would not book with anyone else now! Have booked further sessions with Dee and look forward to seeing even better results :)The clinic is very accomodating with dates and times, and desk staff are professional and easily approachable.All in all Dee has turned it around. After having stopped and started laser too many times to count, I was recommended the Skinspace (formerly VG Medispa) and was also highly recommended that I book my treatment in with Dee. Been using skinspaceuk Manchester when it was vgmedispa for the past 3 months.This was the first time I have dabbled with professional skincare and was a little worried as there are so many clinics and procedures out there. I wasnt sure what treatment would best suit my concerns nevertheless at my first enquiry the ladies at the desk were quite helpful,so I decided to book and make an appointment for my very first chemical peel.As scary as the facial sounds I was even more scared at my first appointment having never used any harsh products on my skin previously I was a little worried.Then came along my therapist Dee, tall stricking and beautiful what I loved most about Dee was that she was straight up honest about what to expect she talked me through the whole proces made me feel at ease and answered alot of my questions without giving me the hard sell always direct to the point no messing about.I've had three facials so far and am looking forward to completing my course of five facials with two laser facials to go.Would definitely recommend coming in for a consultation with Dee to see what she would recommend for your individual needs. I have been going to this clinic for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. The reception staff are always warm and welcoming and are always in a joyous mood. I booked for half legs laser hair removal originally and later upgraded to full leg, and then also bought underarms. The girls will always try and find a good deal for you and are always happy to help. Today was my first appointment with Hannah and she was fantastic. She is well experienced and has amazing customer service. She is super friendly and chatty and really makes you feel comfortable in her presence. She is thorough in her work and I would highly recommend treatments with her. Have seen previous comments stating they are hard to get hold of, I have never had a problem in over a year contacting them, whether it be by phone or email they have always been really responsive and helpful. I have just been for my second Laser Hair removal appointment. I have a course of 6 all paid in advance. The Leeds clinic staff are amazing - really helpful. I understand the company has changed owners (this is the new company) but I didn't notice a difference and my appointment has been really straight forward. I have been going to vg medispa/skin space for almost a year now for laser treatments, i completed 6 sessions then booked a few more which I was able to split over two instalments each time which really helped, I read previous reviews which put me off, however I still thought I’d give it a go, I having nothing but good things to say about this place, my appointments are always taken on time, it’s easy to book, the staff are always lovely especially the girls doing the treatment they always make you feel comfortable and not embarrassed at all,I last went on Tuesday and had Hannah who I haven’t seen before she was lovely would definitely trust her to do more treatments for me , the results are also fab which is just what I wanted
