Can't praise this tattoo studio enough, even though you have to wait for an appointment it is certainly worth the wait, My husband had a work of art done by Roy, the attention to detail is superb, and Sam makes a perfect brew, would recommend to family and friends :)

Ohh my god my foot and leg piece is well under way what can I say !!!!!
This is thee place to be if your after a piece of artwork ! !! The team are fabulous my man Roy is superb and his blonde sidekick Sam will cater for your every need even a bacon butty

Had my first ever tattoo done here by Holly when I was 18. Not only was Holly an amazing artist in always making sure I was comfortable. But all the other staff were extremely friendly and constantly making conversation. I returned last week Thursday to get a thigh tattoo done by Holly. And nothing about my opinion of how amazing and professional skinshokz is has changed! They always go above and beyond of making you feel comfortable! Got tattooed at Skinshokz the very first time today .. Just finished off my gigantic thigh piece that was in progress for about more than a year now . . Got previous sessions elsewhere but Paul finished it off today by adding a 'compass' and a 'script' to it .. Couldn't be happier and couldn't have asked for more .. Paul did an amazinggg job on it . . the way he brought the entire piece together was awesome, no one can look and say it wasn't done in one session or by the same artist .. after Paul's addition to it, the entire thing flows ever better and fits my leg perfectly .. Paul even touched up what I already had in the piece and I am so thankful for that ..

In all honesty, I was a bit scared to get tattooed by Paul :D bcx he is such a big & busy artist but he put me to ease instantly and so well .. also he is soooo humble I couldn't believe :) I have been to tattoo studios where busy artists, even the ones with 3 to 4 months waiting time, have a bad attitude . . But Paul, with about 18 months waiting time, was such a sweetheart .. he heard me, and worked 'with' me .. I felt involved that 'yes, it is my tattoo which is going on my body' so my opinion, likes and dislikes matter .. I have been to studios where artists don't bring your opinion on board and even pull faces if you ask them to move the stencil around a bit that you aren't happy with the placement . .
Can't believe it is over already, it was a long day but went very comfortable :) also Sam brought me a Starbucks' hot chocolate, never saw a studio offering anything to client's like this before . .

This is the studio where you will see them all highly professional yet very helpful and friendly .. even you yourself wouldn't be this much concerned .. but they are even more concerned that your tattoo should come out great and look perfect . . all the advice they give is authentic and on-point (so pls take it if you want a great tattoo) ..

As a tattoo virgin I was inspired by the death of a very good friend to go for it, as a way of coping with his passing, so that he's always with me. I got my first one on the 1st June, two weeks later I was back for my second. Massive thanks to Holly for nailing it, I love them both and I'm sure he would have too. The whole vibe of the studio is very professional. I've been coming to these guys for ten years. They have always given great advice and make you feel like part of the Skinshokz family. The manager of the shop Sam is so friendly evening going as far as making you bacon sandwich for your mid session break.

I've had a few tattoos over the years with various studios and artists which I've been pretty happy with. I heard about skin shockz and thought I would give them a go for my next one as I'd heard good things. On entering i was made to feel welcome every visit. Sam does a great job of making sure everything runs smoothly and you feel at home. I had a full sleeve with Paul which took 5 sessions and i couldn't believe the level of detail the fella gets in his tattoos. By the end I was in total awe and also gutted. Awe because Paul had done an amazing job, gutted because I hadn't come here sooner for my other tatts. I pretty much booked in there and then for another, this time with Roy as I wanted a Polynesian style leg piece. An 18month waiting list for this guy as his work is so good he is in mass demand. Anyway I've had this one finished last week and I have to say the boy done good. He has surpassed my expectations by far and I can't stop wearing shorts everywhere, that's saying something as it's just snowed for 3 days (beast from the east). Whilst I've been getting my leg done I've seen quite a bit of work by Dylan and Holly, who both look great too. Now I just need some money to get booked in again. I can't recommend this place high enough, it's the only place I shall go now, long wait or not it's worth it. More...

Well what can i say? This tattoo studio is by far the best I've ever been to. I've now had my third tattoo done by Tony (half sleeve) and it's amazing! The Skinshokz team are like a friendly family who make you feel so welcome and relaxed (essential whilst enduring pain!) but they're so professional and knowledgeable. Sam is excellent on the front desk, she answers any questions and is realistic, telling u what will work or not work, so that u feel reassured from the start. I love this place, the vibe and the end result. Please ignore any negative reviews on here, I guess not even experts like these guys, can please idiots who enjoy moaning about life.
