The staff here are very professional and talk you through every stage of any treatment you have. The clinic is clean and the equipment and products used have been well researched. Had my semi permanent eyeliner done today. The cleanliness, professionalism and client care was outstanding. Pre and post procedure explanations clear and concise. Procedure itself was less uncomfortable than I had thought it would be. I was talked through the entire procedure, checking my comfort levels and checking my results along the way. Every so often you come across a service that is too great for words! I travelled far to come to Skin Mod and will always return for my treatments whether big or small. My first laser treatment with SkinMod, I've only purchased 3 sessions with 2 sessions left but I'm definitely going to buy more as the clinic staff are very professional and their laser hair removal works better than other laser machines.

I have had various treatments over the past year with Skin Mod and I have nothing but respect for the staff.The staff have an in depth knowledge of their trade, they take time and effort to explain procedures. The Dr is amazing and is a credit to the team. I went to Skin Mod because I purchased a voucher from Wowcher - I was super impressed. I was jubious because I am not keen on people cutting my hair after another hairdresser destroyed it. However these girls put me at ease, they were funny and above all professional! I have already booked in for my next appointment! Me and my friend visited last month for our lip filler treatment and came back for top up this week and we are so happy with the results! I had a bad experience with my first lip fillers elsewhere so was really anxious about having them done again but all the girls at skin mod really made me feel at ease. They are all so lovely and welcoming. The doctor done an amazing job my lips are perfect with no bruising either! Amazing Amazing Amazing!! The BEST clinic I have been to. I've been struggling with acne for years now and as a darker skin woman the scarring or "pigmentation" as the lovely girls have taught me was getting out of hand. After 1 year of treatment my skin is amazing I am officially make up free :D. They explained the process so thoroughly and told me to be patient (even when I didn't think I could be) and honestly they were completely right. I am telling everyone about the lovely ladies at Skin Mod so if you are considering it but are not sure whether to go ahead. Trust me they are so professional and knowledgeable! Very impressed with the service I received last night! After being 45 minutes late for an appointment the girls still made time for me. I am terrified of pain and made that quite clear but their calm caring professional attitude made the fear and pain disappear altogether. I Have had pitting removed on my face . And i am very happy to say that that the treatment worked perfectly . My skin is looking a lot younger and more healthier and more firm than it was . I have also had my red veins removed from my nose and it has also had amazing results . They have completely disappeared and have not come back .Overall i am very happy with the treatments . I had an ongoing issue for Melasma for many years and had been extremely nervous about my face being tampered with. The whole treatment was explained to me in a lot of detail as well as what the outcome would be. The treatment course was carried out very professionally talking me through each step and asking me if I was ok at every step. Bought some Epionce creams from them which I had read reviews about to support my treatment. They documented my whole treatment which took 6 months, at first I didn't notice anything but then it was like someone had switched the light on and the break down of Melasma was so obvious. It has been 3 months since my treatment completed and I can still see improvements happening. I'm definitely going back for some more Melasma treatment as well as some extra laser treatments.
