Ismail contacted me very quickly after I posted my job on Rated People. He was very professional and courteous and competitively priced. On the day, he contacted me to let me know he was running late and got straight to work as soon as he arrived with his son. They worked quickly and diligently and he provided me with plenty of advice to ensure that the lights were installed correctly. Ismail was very efficient, prompt and professional. Not only he delivered in my tight timeline, he understood the challenge that I had as I needed to get the fuse box changed in order to get EICR certificate for my tenants to move in. He took on the job, delivered a solution and to put my mind at rest, also sent me a video of the work that he has done in order to reassure me that all are working and job is completed. He also provided me with the certificate within hours so there was no delay in getting my tenants in. From the moment Ismael brother came into the house, he was very professional and got straight to the problem. He identified what was wrong and fixed it. Ismail set up the security cam, outdoor sensor lights and the light inside. He is a high professional electrician! I can definitely recommend him.

He arrived later than expected. I was expecting a quote which he provided - but was rather vague. Said he could do the work immediately which I was not expecting - but this was fine.
He requested for me to move my car which was directly opposite my home - as I was in a meeting (working from home) - this was not possible at the time of his request. He was not happy to park his car 2 meters away from the property and swiftly left before doing any work.
