We were delighted to find Carlton House Terrace for our wedding; a simply stunning venue at a fantastic spot in the city center. Alex was absolutely fantastic right from the beginning; he was incredibly responsive, listened carefully to our plans for our wedding, and came up with great suggestions to make our wedding the best day of our lives. Also Stephanie was incredible in helping us to select the menu, drinks, and evening snacks. We sent tons of emails during wedding planning, but nothing was ever too much trouble for Alex and Stephanie. On the wedding day, the venue looked gorgeous, the service was great and everything went super smooth - it couldn't have gone better! We had the privilege of having our wedding at 10-11 Carlton House Terrace and it was THE most incredible day of our lives. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a magical day and indeed everything was absolutely perfect. From the moment I first made the initial enquiry with Alex, he has provided the most amazing service and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks also to Stephanie who did a fantastic job liaising with the catering team and ensuring everything was exactly to our liking. Gwen was also exceptional in his level of service on the day and made sure that all our guests were well looked after.
