Jerk chicken , Fried Fish , Curry Goat , Oxtail, Rasta Pasta, Rice and peas etc
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First I find out the type of event and the amount of guest also find out about any allergy’s that any of the attendees have.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy preparing new dishes outside of my speciality here at Sister Sister Eatery. We specialise in Caribbean cuisine, therefore, preparing an Asian dish can be very exciting, and I also enjoy a challenge.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my business as it’s my passion. I attended culinary school to gain more exposure and experience , and receiving amazing compliments about my food gives me joy.

We provide a professional service and we listen to our customers. We also provide good quality food and all of our dishes are prepared to the highest standard
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have followed the food standard guidelines in order to keep our customers safe. This has been followed religiously by all members of staff.

We offer a buffet service for federals, Christening, Weddings, birthday, parties, and corporate lunches.
