I have never had extensions before and not been the girly girl i was a bit uneasy on attending such a high profile salon but as soon as i walked in i felt at ease i had lots of questions which i felt silly asking but was never made to feel silly also once i had my appointment booked in i received a txt msg from kim to make sure all was correct this also put me at ease as it made it personal to me and from then i knew she would do a great job since having my hair done my confidence has come on so much i had really thin hair and it was getting me down but i feel so much better now also kim put my extensions in so that i could put my hair up as she knew from our conversations that i am a new mum and we dont always have time to do our hair i would recommend this salon 100% and already have to friends and family thankyou so much kim x

Went in having bad experience from a different salon. I first got recommended to Sistachic as my hairdressers of many years fell pregnant and i wanted to get a weave, she recommended me to go see kim at Sistachic. It was quite duanting going to a new hairdressers since ive stayed with the same person for such a long time. All the girls are all so welcoming, helpful, polite and all round lovely. I have been to Kim for 2 of my weaves now and i would not go to anyone else. Harley is defiantly my go to for my colour as she does an amazing job. For maintaining your weave there is not a specific person you need to go too in my opinion Leah, Kim and Robyn are all fantastic at maintenance appointments and i am always extremely satisfied whoever i go too. I was one of Kim's first clients for the hair replacement system nearly 2 half years ago. I had suffered with alopecia since leaving junior school,as you can imagine my comprehensive years were what can I say it was hell on earth. I had my last appointment for a refit I didn't need it as my own hair was back, there was happy tears. I honestly can't thank these amazing ladies enough. I was so apprehensive about getting extensions after a not so great previous experience with a different salon. But the girls at Sistachic have really worked some magic. My extensions look as beautiful now as they did when I got them done last week. Robyn was great and offered a lovely consultation on what would be best for me as well as listening to what I wanted. Our daughter suffers with hair loss and Sistachic has saved her life. After years of trying other options we found you Sistachic. 4 full hair systems later, we can not thank you enough. her hair looks beautiful and even random people comments on it. As parents you know you pass on your genes and not always the best ones. Sometime you can right that and with the help of Sistachic out little lady is smiling every time she looks in a mirror. I’d give you a million stars if I could! I’ve had my extensions in since December (due to hair loss) n thinning all over my scalp which has been ongoing for around 7 years. I’ve tried everything from laser to vitamins n spent hundreds and hundreds. Extension we’re my last resort. I was worried how they would look n if I’d be able to maintain them with my hair being so thin (baby fine) Kim explained everything to me n there was no pressure to make an appointment but I did. It’s only been 2 months but how I feel in myself has improved massively. I’ve been for my roots colouring and maintinence today and couldn’t be happier. My hair sheddding isn’t half as bad as it was before extensions- people who say hair extensions ruin your hair are obviously not going to the right people. My hair seems to improved not worsened since I’ve have them fitted and I feel loads better in myself. I’m not worrying and feeling as down about my hair now like I was before which I think helps a lot. Everyone is lovely and friendly and really professional. I always feel self conscious going to hairdressers cus of how my hair is but there’s no one judging you at Sistachic. I wish I’d have known and gone years ago, I’d have saved myself a lot of money in the long run. I wouldn’t be without them now (if I can help it) I wouldn’t go anywhere else either. I call Kim my fairy weave mother as she really does work miracles!!
