Welcome to Sisserou Lunch Box. We've been going since 2012 and we specialise in providing a complete lunchtime workplace food delivery and catering service.
Our aim is to provide the local community with a paramount Meals on Wheels service, including the elderly and vulnerable who would otherwise struggle to prepare meals.

Recommended to us by Adult Services for my mother who has dementia and was struggling to eat. She is delighted! She is convinced that the meals are prepared by a 'family mum' in her own kitchen as they are 'definitely home cooked'. She eats it all every day and we can see the difference in her well - being. After a bit of surfing the web looking for meals on wheels service I came across Sisserou lunch box and emailed to enquire. I got a response within no time and after agreeing that I'm happy, meals was able to be started right away with a 1 week trial to see if we like it! My partner and I have different dietary requirements which although we was told they dont 100% cater for my partner, they was still able to come up with a compromise and upon delivery had containers labelled separately and my partners meal separated as required which at least makes us feel like they are at least trying!The food portion for the value of money is unbeatable and the flavours are there! Delivery is around quoted time and the food arrives hot as promised. The dessert is not too much but then not too small, seems quite ideal to accompany the meal and is a nice treat when you don't usually get dessert! It is delivered with a very welcoming smile and at the end you feel it was worth the money. More...

We used Sisserous Lunch Box for our school staff summer party, they were quick to respond to our request and menu changes, accommodating to our various dietary requirements. What’s your signature dish?
We do not have one specific signature dish as we provide a wide fusion range of options to our clients.

You definitely need to request a menu
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We take great pride in tailouring menus to individual needs.
Upon an initial telephone consultation, we prepare 2 to 3 menus for the client to consider.
They can either select one of these menus or tailor a menu specifically to their wishes (swapping and adding any dishes).
Once the final menu is set and deposit paid, all they need to do is sit back and enjoy their delicious food.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of the job is the reaction we get from clients and guests at events. It is wonderful to see people enjoying food which we have provided.
It is always amazing seeing plates return which have been licked clean and guests coming for 3rds and even 4th portions. Satisfaction is guaranteed at Sisserou Lunch Box
Even our nursery fussy eaters are emptying plates and the mummies are happy ( I've had one mum come to our kitchen to learn how to cook rice yes rice) her child would not eat the rice she cooked and wanted me to show her so she did it exactly how I did. This was a heartfelt moment for me and Sisserou
What inspired you to start your own business?
For a number of years from a teenager I enjoyed hosting for my friends and family. They've always said that i cooked very well and was very creative with food. My parties always had delicious food selections. Then I started working in the hospitality industry in 4 and 5 star hotels, not in the kitchen but as a receptionist being the perfect hostess.
I enjoyed walking in the dining room during breakfast and dinner time and was just amazed with everything about the food, from presentation to ingredients and I was just curious. Later on after few years under my belt of hospitality experience, I further went on to study Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism and carried on in the field. I then began to get request from friends to make them certain dishes on special occasions and got paid for doing so.
In 2012 we decided to switch things officially and created this business with my wonderful husband. We have grown since and are continuing to enjoy and focus on what we do best.
