MIS-SOLD AGREEMENT / LYING SALESMEN CALLED BRYAN BAXTER WHO HID PAPERWORK FROM US / AWFUL QUALITY PHONES - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! !

BRYAN BAXTER met us in our office to go through what Sirus could do for us. Normal telecom sales talk, confirmed how much Sirus would charge, confirmed it was including broadband and no other payments and much better phones etc etc. Then found we had a lease after 5 weeks, BRYAN purposely hid pages of the contract we signed. We have now found out its PLUS broadband and we have so many minutes per/month when BRYAN told us all calls included, not good for an estate agent on the phones all day!! The service just as bad, technical issues on ringing, loosing calls, had to remove on hold marketing which was a benefit etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - SENT IN FORMAL COMPLAINT, NO CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT STILL More...

I have been a client of Accord for some time now and have always found them fantastic to deal with and on more than one occasion. In particular both Kay and Joe have been a real joy. In preparation for the MTD digital i have been having Quickbooks training with both Joe and Terry which has been a real eye opener but i'm glad i did as their calm, relaxed and funny sessions made it all so much more easier to understand. At the helm is Chas who has an unbelievable wealth of knowledge across the board and , again is one of the most delightful people to deal with. As you walk in there is Becky who will always greet you with a smile and an offer of a drink. Kay (i have to say this as i know she will hate it) , is the best bookkeeper around and one of the key reasons i continue to take my business there. I feel i may have gone on a bit with this review but its hard not to. If i could give them 6 stars then they would surely be deserving of it. More...
