We employed sirius to replace our aerial. Kevin turned up and he was extremely polite and most helpful. His work was to a high standard and diligent. He had all the right and up to date equipment to carry out a proper diagnostic to pinpoint the fault in the system. Kevin completed the job perfectly and left the place clean and tidy. Prompt response to initial call, responded swiftly to set appointment time.Followed up on the day of the appointment to give a more accurate ETA and was prompt arriving. Was thorough in tracing the issue across multiple floors in the house and to the roof antenna.Diagnosed two issues and replaced the relevant parts, checking all the way to ensure the repair was good. My brother recently had lots of issues regarding signal issues from his indoor aerial. I contacted Aerial force. They promised to arrive by the end of the day by 6pm. I rang a few times and claimed the engineer would come down. I waited all day and at 5.45pm I called and advised the engineer had cancelled the job. I looked for another company and found 'Sirius AV'. I rang and they were around in no time. They came in and surveyed the flat and stated it is possible to install a high gain aerial. (the reason is where my brother lives, there are lots of buildings and trees. The job was done in a few hours, to a high standard. The costs were reasonable if we consider that it was a difficult job. But it was completed professionally and did not try to push other products like an amplifier for the aerial if it did not need one.
