Watch out for this company. They've already rebranded once which is always a warning sign to start with.

Things started off well, but then over time they gradually snuck up the time that the cleaning took as well as increasing prices by over 10% in October 2021 - to allow for travel costs and increases in cleaning materials. I'd dread to think what they plan to raise prices to following the recent higher period of inflation.

Following the price rise, I'd communicated a few times that we needed to manage our costs and even sent through a schedule that we'd of liked them to follow - unfortunately they often went off piste and didn't stick to the plan and the cleaning ended up taking the same time, if not longer than usual.

They claimed this was because they took it upon themselves to do additional tasks outside of what we'd asked for (like moving coffee cups to the kitchen, or half eaten toddler food). When you have a toddler - there's simply no point in tidying a bookshelf when the toddler will just go and pull all the books out as soon as they return.

Recently, they moved to a standing order system, yet sent no statements of account nor any attempt was made from them to track their time to the standing order amount (and hours) which we were working to when we agreed the standing order.

As for Gardening, numerous times we mentioned gardening was needed, promises that we'd be scheduled in never happened - so I'd say find an actual gardener who specialises in maintaining gardens (vs trying to do it on the side, to utilise the male worker - who'll you'll be billed for even if he runs out of things to do (he doesn't clean any bathrooms or kitchens, which is left to the female cleaner(s)).

The most concerning part for us was when my wife was 39 weeks pregnant, they didn't arrive at the time they should have, but instead sent an automated text the night before that the cleaning would be 10am instead of 9am (we usually have to dash out at 9 for a toddler class, so this meant we had to wait in for them to arrive), and 4 people instead of the usual 2 turned up. This was unacceptable, badly communicated, and increased the COVID risk around an individual who was heavily pregnant at the time.

Finally, when we re-visited the cleaning cost escalating discussions after the arrival of the new baby (we wanted to reduce our clean to fortnightly rather than weekly), but rather than work with us to a solution that met our needs they were very dismissive and suggested we part ways - we immediately replied and said we'd prefer not to part ways, can they let us know an updated schedule, but we were simply ignored for days.

This was, quite frankly, horrendous customer service, especially for a family that's just welcomed a newborn to the mix, already highly stressed and looking to manage outgoings since new arrivals are expensive - to have the cleaner essentially back out at a suggestion of reducing cleaning levels, is really poor.

Definitely look for a different cleaner - there's plenty of great ones out there.

In January 2019 we were operating on a sole trader basos and incorporated to a limited company in September 2020

We provide all our own equipment, products and PPE

We love that our work enables our customers to get back time that can be spent dojng the things that bring them joy rather than mundane housework

Both Natalie and Callum have worked in corporate environments for most of their working lives and wanted to work in a new industry that combined working flexibly to support family life, enabled them to gain automation over their future and made use of their skills as cleaners.

We are passionate about customer service and delivering a clean, fresh and welcoming home for our customers. We are competitively priced and we are confident in our expertise meaning customers can be assured of a quality clean at prices that reflect both our standards of service and appreciation of the customer budget.

Giving customers the time back to spend doing the things they love is our mission and we aim to create a business that enables customers to book all their domestic services under one roof.

Our companionship services can be done by telephone or online via zoom, FaceTime or skype.

All colleagues are wearing disposable PPE - aprons, gloves and face masks
Keys and door handles are sprayed with disinfecting sprays on leaving the home
All equipment is cleaned and sprayed with disinfecting spray between homes
Cleaning cloths, sponges and other items are single use only and are washed between homes using a disinfectant solution
Staff will not enter properties if they are displaying symptoms or have been told to isolate by the government Track and Trace Team
We are asking all customers to vacate the home whilst we are cleaning. If this is not possible we are asking that they isolate on one room of the home during our visit.

In recognition of the impact that the virus is having on customers we are also waiving our cancellation charges for isolation cancellations for domestic customers.

Regular cleaning, one off deep cleans, internal window cleans, decluttering, single room cleaning, emergency cleaning suited for customers who are temporarily unable to clean their homes

All aspects of end of build cleaning with bespoke services built around three levels:

Sparkle Clean, Full Build Clean and a combination of the two

Ultimately we are here to deliver whatever services customers need in the domestic setting. Errands, companionship, housekeeping, ironing and parcel collection.
