I went to this local business for a certificate, medals and badges to mark a colleagues retirement to be framed and presented. In the difficult times of lockdown Bob was able to meet the tight timescale of 2 weeks but delivered in a week working around my schedule. Approached Bob with a problem , jigsaw, that I had. Offered me good advice on how he would mount it in a frame for me. Very wide choice of materials, again gave good advice on what would be the most suitable. Gave me a date when the work would be complete. Went to collect it on the day. All ready for me has promised. Can’t praise Bob at Simply Frames enough ! We took a painted picture in for reframing which was being donated to a Hospice for auction. When told of where the painting was headed Bob insisted on reframing and replacing the background for free ! The following day Bob rang to say it was ready for pick up and on collection he had done a fantastic job. In these uncertain times what a wonderful gesture ! We will definitely provide Simply Frames with any other jobs that we need in the future ( he also manufactures window blinds )We are now able to make a bigger monetary donation to the hospice because of Bobs generosity !Thanks again Bob - top customer service and top man ! Was looking for a framer for an anniversary gift. After ringing round a few, Bob was the only one to ring me back. I went in the next day and found him to be very helpful (I wasn’t sure how I wanted my frame to look but together we worked it out).
