Simply Debonair Dog Grooming

I’m fostering this dog and was very nervous to get him groomed as I’ve never had a dog that needs grooming. He’s a pug cross Westie so had no idea what style he is supposed to look. I took him to the heswall branch and Tom greeted me and was really friendly and reassuring me that he’s in good hands. When I came to collect him I was in absolute awe as to how handsome Marley looked and couldn’t stop thanking him! I felt so much better leaving him in the hands of someone who you could have a laughing conversation with and when he needs grooming next I will definitely use them again! Our dog was groomed this week here by Tom who did a fabulous job. Our dog has had really sore feet and been to the vets with broken nails lately which has made him very nervous of anyone touching his feet. For this reason we weren’t sure he would allow his feet to be groomed let alone for his nails to be cut, but Tom was great with him! After explaining the issues we had he made such a fuss of him and must have put him at ease as he had a full groom including his feet and nails and was super happy when I picked him up. We have a bearded collie, she was very untidy, as a First time customer I was delighted with how she was looked after. Took my nervous little Yorkie to the Prenton salon for the first time after several unhappy experiences at a different groomers. I was quite apprehensive but had absolutely no need to be! Ruby was taken to Prenton and after being very apprehensive as Ruby had been groomed elsewhere for many many years and due to retirement the hunt was on for another.
I spent the best part of two months asking and reviewing and trying to make a decision and I am thankful that I chose to bring Ruby here.
She was well looked after and I was put at ease
