Absolutely fantastic service, extremely professional and helpful. Had a vulnerable young person that needed transport to and from school for a number of weeks, I had a text message to inform me that the taxi had arrived and was leaving which was very reassuring. My wife and I use Simply Cabs, albeit only occasionally, to take us from home to Luton airport and return.Every time we've used them the booking procedure has been excellent ,the drivers have been punctual, professional, friendly and at a good price - with crucially excellent drivers! This company are super friendly, there drivers know where they are going without having to depend on the customer for directions, they are helpful and you can trust that they will get you from A-B and back something I really rely on as a visually impaired customer who has a guide dog.
