Alex at Simple IT services is absolutely amazing, from general advice and support to fully setting up and transferring all data from 2 Servers to one all with remote access, firewalls which I wasn’t using and didn’t know I could do. His skills and experience are second to none and nothing was a hindrance or a problem, if Alex didn’t know the (which was rare) he new where to go and what to do to get it. As an extra, Alex also advised added extras which could support my business even more, which I wouldn’t of thought to do. What inspired you to start your own business?
With a wide range of existing support providers out there, none seemed to offer a simple, customer-focused approach to problems.
The larger companies offer a one-size-fits-all solution that doesn't work for smaller projects, and the smaller companies tend to be more expensive or not as flexible as can be needed.
Simple IT Services was started to combat both these issues, and provide leading service to our customers, regardless of their requirements or size.
