I am a fully qualified Gestalt counsellor with additional training in Humanistic Person-Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work with adults and young people from the age of 11 and in addition have experience of working with neurodiversity and LGBTQ+.

I am a qualified counsellor who offers a confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your feelings and emotions about any difficulties you are experiencing in your life. I understand that life can be difficult; we can all feel overwhelmed at times and in need of support. I am passionate about helping people and empowering them to grow and develop to their full potential. Whatever you are going through, I am here to help. Counselling gives you the opportunity to talk about whatever is troubling you with someone who is not involved in your personal life. I will listen and support you, and I will not judge you or tell you how to lead your life. We will work at your pace and with the issues you would like to focus on.
