We've been using James Harper for years now, he has a fantastic team of hardworking guys (and girls), who always deliver first class service. JCH provide the Hare and Hounds with all our logs for the wood burner in the bar, all of which has come form well seasoned, managed sources, which is always stacked beautifully on delivery. From our point of view, what stands JCH apart from many other suppliers we have used in the past is that not only are they a local company - providing employment to local people, but they respond to orders very promptly - almost always within 24 hours! Recently, JCH have also conducted some tree surgery for us at our house - not only doing a wonderful job, but leaving the site spotless and the stump completely ground away - not bad considering it was a 50 foot Leylandii, that overhung a greenhouse and public footpath.
