About

I am an online-based, qualified nutritional therapist specialising in weight loss and type 2 diabetes.

Weight has little to do with the number of calories we ingest and more to do with the hormonal impact that each food has on our body.

I take an individualistic approach, based on the latest scientific research in my methods to try to determine the best strategy for you, taking into account your lifestyle, routines and food preferences to help you to reach your aims.

Silv is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable (and not pushy... so refreshing).

After our initial consultation she was able to put together a personalised plan for me to follow for the next 3 weeks. I am only 1 week in so far, but I’m already seeing benefits. (I’d been at a weight loss plateau for months, yet with some advice and key ‘tweaks’ from Silv I have well and truly broken through my plateau. I am so pleased. She has been great at answering my questions and providing support along the way too.

As such I highly recommend Silv. She is the difference that has made a difference to me starting to shift that body fat, that I never thought would go!

When we eat, the foods we chose are deconstructed into their constituent parts and reassembled to form part of our bodies. Therefore, in the most literal sense, we are what we eat. When we fuel our bodies with quality food, we encourage the body to function optimally. In contrast, when we supply the body with poor-quality fuel we encourage poor performance, a lack of energy and vibrancy, and a cascade of physiological issues where the body works hard to compensate for the lack of essential building blocks that it needs in order to keep you functioning at your best.

Changing people's lives and seeing a whole other person emerge from who they were at the beginning. Educating them on the right choices for them and seeing them flourish on their own once our time is done is beautiful.

I wanted to be on the driving seat and not just a passenger. I wanted to be free, be able to make my own decisions, and do something with my life that was both rewarding and fun.

Because my methods are based on the latest scientific research and they work. A single consultation (60-90 minutes depending on requirements) where we look into your aims, discuss your health history and formulate a plan to best accommodate your budget, unique personal situation and lifestyle in order to come up with the best strategy to circumvent any obstacles in your path to enable you to reach your goals. Includes: * Referrals for NHS testing or recommendations for functional testing, as appropriate. * A bespoke nutrition plan to fit around your lifestyle and budget. * Relevant handouts. * Supplement recommendations, where appropriate (priced separately).

A single catch-up consultation (30-45 minutes depending on requirements) to follow on from your initial appointment to discuss progress and fine-tune your original plan. Includes: * Recommendations for NHS testing or recommendations for functional testing, as appropriate. * A revision of your original plan. * Set any new goals you would like to achieve (you can always book a further follow-up appointment to support your new aims.

Includes: *x1 initial consultation plus x1 follow-up consultation. * Referrals for NHS testing or recommendations for functional testing, as appropriate. * A bespoke nutrition plan to fit around your lifestyle and budget. * Relevant handouts. * Supplement recommendations, where appropriate (priced separately). * Revised nutrition plan, where necessary.
