How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
When we eat, the foods we chose are deconstructed into their constituent parts and reassembled to form part of our bodies. Therefore, in the most literal sense, we are what we eat. When we fuel our bodies with quality food, we encourage the body to function optimally. In contrast, when we supply the body with poor-quality fuel we encourage poor performance, a lack of energy and vibrancy, and a cascade of physiological issues where the body works hard to compensate for the lack of essential building blocks that it needs in order to keep you functioning at your best.
What do you love most about your job?
Changing people's lives and seeing a whole other person emerge from who they were at the beginning. Educating them on the right choices for them and seeing them flourish on their own once our time is done is beautiful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be on the driving seat and not just a passenger. I wanted to be free, be able to make my own decisions, and do something with my life that was both rewarding and fun.

12-WEEK PROGRAMME: £210
Includes:
* x1 initial consultation (90 minutes) plus x1 follow-up consultation (45 minutes) plus telephone and e-mail support for up to 12 weeks.
