How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work closely with my clients to understand what their goals are and the things that stand in their way! I use a wide range of techniques to both challenge and push the client to help them achieve the best possible results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There are many different ways and of course one size does not fit all. There are three key points to take into account.... HONESTY - be honest with how much you are eating and what you are eating. PATIENCE - don't expect results tomorrow. The most effective way to achieve your goals and to stay there is by doing things over a period of time. CONSISTENCY - exercise and nutrition should be consistent throughout the week/month/year to help to achieve your goals.
What do you love most about your job?
The fact that I'm helping people to feel more confident and better within themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a real passion for fitness, health and wellbeing so I wanted to start up my business to help people feel great and more confident and I wanted to share my knowledge.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because this isn't just my job it is my passion. I have a lot of personal experience relating to health and fitness issues and having learnt from those experiences firsthand I can share my knowledge with others and help them to get to a happy place too.
