A measure of how good a company is can be judged by the way they handle problems. In the last month I have had significant delays on my flights and in every instance, Shropshire Class Travel has dealt with the situation efficiently and calmly, even though one of the delays was 5 hours and their driver was already at the airport waiting for us, because Google didn't show the flight as being delayed at all. We didn't get home until 2am that time, but the driver (George) was there when we needed him, which is all that matters. I have started using Shropshire Class Travel for the last few months since having a terrible service from other taxi companies in the area. I travel a lot for work and service and punctuality is extremely important. April and the drivers are very helpful, supporting and professional. I won’t use another transfer company again. Our journeys to and from Heathrow were excellent. However, please could you ask the driver collecting people at the airport to display either the name of the person or that of your company. We couldn't find him in the crowd of other drivers who were displaying signs and had to phone to locate him. Still think your service is great!! More...

We booked with Shropshire Class Travel to go to Heathrow in February 2023. Excellent value for money in my view. The driver picked us up from home as agreed and we had a really tidy journey down to London. Driver was polite and the vehicle was roomy for both of us and our luggage. As we had never used this service before we did not book the return journey initially so that we could see how our journey down went. However, as soon as we arrived in New Zealand, I immediately booked the return journey for March as we were very pleased with the service. The return journey was equally as professional and reliable. If there were more stars I would leave more. I used Shropshire Class Travel on a recent States trip and they literally could not improve their service. Booking was easy and the lady who emailed actually saved me money, payment easy, confirmation clear. Driver arrived 5 min early!! (Unheard of in shrewsbury) he was polite, smart, even checking flight status. Then when my flight was delayed he offered to drive me from Manchester to London!! We were delivered and collected from Heathrow Terminal 5 in January 2023. Both Drivers were highly competent and careful, observing speed limits. They made use of satnav to avoid hold-ups and were always courteous. Used a private transfer for both journeys from Telford to Shropshire for first time. First journey on my own having been recently widowed.
